Every January we survey you, the Digital DJ Tips readers, to learn more about you and let you have your say on DJing, music, gear, software – and of course, to let you tell us how we’re doing!
As usual there’s a great prize draw. This year the first prize is a Vestax VCI-400, one of the most sought-after DJ controllers of 2012, courtesy of our friends at Vestax, with three runners’-up prizes of free subscriptions to our highly popular How To Digital DJ Fast online video course.
The survey shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes to fill in, and you’ll be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completion of it. Winners will be announced on 28 February here on the website.

[ link ]Finished the survey but after thinking about it, I don’t know if I expressed myself fully about what I would like to see on the site. I said you need more instructional video content like what Deke.com does for adobe photoshop. What I really mean is that you need enough instructional content on the site so you can give away for free the “crash course” intro stuff that you are currently selling, but have more meaty/professional content that you require subscriptions for. If I knew your site had that kind of wealth beneath the daily/weekly articles then I would seriously consider subscribing.

[ link ]I spent over 5 minutes typing in all of my wonderful gear, what I expect to buy this year; clicked next and everything was deleted. I think I have no business trying to win the vestax considering the gear already owned, it must be a sign.
