Hey Everybody! Would anyone happen to know of a great site to either purchase or download mash ups? When I try and search (to purchase or download) mashups that I see in the track listings of DJ sets that I listen to (on Soundcloud) I can't seem to find them. Any solutions (or thoughts)? Thanks so much for the help! These reco's look great! The challenge is finding great mashups that are downloadable with a high bit rate (like 320 kbs) that are good enough quality to play in clubs. I've been using Crooklyn which isn't bad but I'm looking for more sites. Thanks so much for the great help! Rob
Hey, I'm a mashup artist myself so maybe I can shed some light. If you're into more classical mashups then I would check out mashstix.com (it varies in genre though) But if you really want to investigate, I'm a part of turntable.fm which is an online music sharing experience I guess I would define it as, where you get to be on stage and play a song (DJ) for whoever is in the room. and they have a specified room for mashups only. That's where I learn about a lot of great songs and artists.
