Find out how to use Google to search for what you want on Digital DJ Tips.

With buyer’s guides, tutorials, reader’s questions, opinions, reviews and news, Digital DJ Tips is rapidly building into the first-stop destination for the modern DJ using laptops, iPads, compact controllers and DJ software.

We are working hard to make the articles as accessible as possible and will carry on introducing exciting improvements as our content builds over the coming months. But meanwhile, in the second part of an occasional Saturday series, we’re going to look at how you can find what you’re looking for on the site:

Three ways to find what you’re looking for

  1. Use the search box – Tucked away at the bottom of every page is the “Search Digital DJ Tips” box. Type your search in and try your luck! Our built-in search is useful but not as fully featured as we’d like, so sometimes it might not find exactly what you’re looking for (watch this space for improvements…)
  2. Use Google – Google is great for more powerful searches. Include “” (without the quotes) in a standard Google search, along with your other search terms. Note that we’re talking about doing this at, or in your browser’s search box, not on the Digital DJ Tips website
  3. Use the navigation menu – Choose Equipment for hardware reviews and news, Software for software reviews and news, DJ Culture for tutorials, opinion articles and general DJ pieces, or Fun for more light-hearted articles

And if you can’t find what you want, maybe we haven’t written it yet! Let us know what you’d like to see on the site by filling in our Contact us form and we’ll try and cover your topic for you.
