Today we carried (untrue, as we discovered) news that Pioneer is “leaving” the DJ industry. Last week, the buzz was around the likely breaking up of iTunes, and how it will affect at least half the DJ community that uses that platform. Very soon (trust us, we know stuff) our whole industry will be grappling to deal with using streaming music and cloud lockers.
Stuff changes. Fast. To get the most out of your awesome DJ hobby – to improve, stay up to date, and grow as a DJ or DJ/producer – you need the latest info on this and everything else. And crucially, you also need people you trust to share and explore the DJ world with.
Now, Digital DJ Tips is all about community – we have private groups for our inner circle students, and indeed ALL of our students get to take part in our awesome StudentHub and StudentLive community and live classroom sessions. But we never had a wider group for ALL of the community. Until now.

The Global DJ Network is a brand-new Facebook Group built for DJs, by DJs. It’s a place where you can:

- Connect with your favourite tutors
- Make sure you’re the first to know important new information
- Get support on your journey through the ever-changing DJ world
- Be around people who “get it” (unlike your family and friends)
- Find people in your local area for meet-ups
- Find accountability partners
