Serato announced today the release of Serato DJ 1.6.1, which includes the option to try out the latest version of the Serato Video plugin. Serato Video is a video DJ (VDJ) solution native to the software that supports a lot of video formats, and includes new features like the ability to record your video mix in HD, audio-linked video FX, and Windows 8 and Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks support.
Only for this week, you can get Serato Video at a 50% reduction off of the standard US$149 price, so it’s a good time to take the plunge if you’ve been considering it.
