Pioneer DJ just unveiled a new, limited edition model of its flagship HDJ-X10 hi-res audio headphones called the HDJ-X10C. They now have carbon fibre ear cup covers for a distinct premium look as well as rose gold accents in the headband and ear cup hinges. The headband is also made of a new punched leather material for added comfort.

These headphones ship with a deluxe carrying case that also has rose gold accents and a felt interior, plus a coiled cable and a braided straight cable. The HDJ-X10C headphones are limited to only 1000 units worldwide (999 now since we have one in our studio), and once they’re gone from shelves they’re gone forever.

We love the HDJ-X10 headphones and think they’re the best DJ headphones available today for gigging and mobile DJs because they’re well-built, sound great, have excellent noise isolation and, frankly, look damn good. The ear cups are just the right size, not too small but not too large that they become obtrusive when you hang the headphones around your neck. This deluxe carbon fibre model looks even slicker, and if you like this kind of design (ie you’re into fancy cars) you’ll love these for DJing.
