Has anyone on here had this happen to them and could give us an idea of the recovery time, when i was at the gym last Saturday i decided to dumbell press 27 and a half kilo on each arm and the left shoulder went…

Well the dislocation itself is never the problem when the arm is popped back in properly. The problem is the muscles and other stuff around the muscle that may or may not have taken damage.
I had buddies recover as fast as 2 weeks, as all they had was “stressed” muscles and I had friends recover 6 months due to torn stuff… So your mileage may vary greatly with the ammount of damaged that dislocation did to you.

The shoulder popped back in about a few minutes after i had dislocated it, i went to A&E to have it checked and the doctor who saw me didnt think i needed it put back into place… Theres been some swelling and aches when i accidently move it…

Just take care to move it as little as you can… then it should blow over in 2-4 weeks.
