Would I need to purchase a controller of the garage band? I don’t even think I’ve ever opened it before.

What Scotto has described is pretty much a Sound system but without going so deep as to invest in custom build PA systems. I found a youtube vid that gives you an idea of sound systems over here in the UK. If you got time and wanna learn more check it out.

Best way to describe it is a mobile disco with speakers, amps and pre amp custom made for you. The sound system will be made up with anything from 3 to 15+ members all with a role. From box boy to the selector or DJ.

Today you have many different types playing anything from Reggea like Aba Shanti or DnB like Valve.

I would say keep making the music and send it to a few genuine record labels. Get the feedback from them then decide if you want to release it yourself or not. I say genuine labels because I have been approached many times my people telling me to give them money to release my music on there label. I have tried the independent brought myself as an experiment and to me it was a good learning experience. It cost me just under £100 and the last time I checked I made about £1.00 in sales.

I asked this because in all honesty if I know I could make a decent living from just making music I would.
