    My suggestion is to do some research on some of the terminologies and simple workings of audio set-ups, that way you understand more about your equipment.

    Well, I assume that you’re reffering to EDM-Trap and not Hip-Hop Trap (Yes there is a difference), The difference is in the bassline mainly (I’m not clear on the exact technical terms to use) but Electro-House uses kick drums, whereas Trap uses deeper extended basslines as well as snares and hi-hats. EDM-Trap is a cross between EDM and Hip-Hop in my opinion. Trust your ears and listen to more music from each genre and you should be able to pick out the difference. You might try listening to an Electro-House song you know well, and then finding a good Trap remix to it. (please bear in mind, that like all genres, there are good and bad productions, so search around)

    Thanx guys, the reason I really wanted the highest quality possible is because I take after my father with music and DJing and such,.so I adppted his mentality of lossless file preference, but if iTunes can be trusted then iTunes it is

    If you don’t like it, dont play there, or dont patronize the place. The management team know what they’re doing and know what kind of experience they want for their patrons. It may work, it may not. Only time will tell.

    The 2 speakers i’m using are 2 KRK Rokit 5 Studio Monitors. I’m looking for an active subwoofer to add to my set-up to fill out my low-end and give it some strength without the use of a receiver or external crossover.. Any recommendations? My budget is $200 max.

    You can pick up a pair of Audio Technica ATH M-50 on Amazon for about $100, amazing quality for both Dj-ing and studio applications, well worth the money. Comfortable, the earcups have alot of flexibility in motion, they isolate very well and fit to any head shape. You can check out any review on youtube.
