Are you all-consumed by your love of DJing and music? Do you feel you can never do enough to move forward in this great hobby (or career)? Do you find it difficult NOT to think about DJing, gigs and getting success – all the time?

This is great – but it can be a curse too! That’s one of the reasons why I think exercise is a great idea for all DJs, and why it’s the subject of today’s vlog. For me it’s weight training and running – but I’d love to know what it is that YOU do to disconnect from your DJing or whatever else it is that occupies the majority of your time.
