Pioneer DJ just announced the CDJ-2000NXS2-W media player and DJM-900NXS2-W four-channel mixer. They’re limited edition units that come in a white finish, and will have numbered plaques on them. Only 1200 CDJ-2000NXS2-Ws and 600 DJM-900NXS2-Ws will be made.
We’ve already reviewed the CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2 and think they’re absolute beasts (the same goes for their price tags). If you DJ in clubs you’ve probably already seen a NXS2 set-up: it’s still the standard, even though more capable and full-featured devices like the Denon DJ SC5000 Prime have hit the market recently.
