Reloop RHP-6 Headphones
The Reloop RHP-6 headphones look pretty retro in black, but give a whole different feel in their multicoloured variants (see picture below).

Claiming “outstanding sound characteristics, consistent design, and manufacturing that is intended for longevity”, the new Reloop RHP-6 DJ headphones look like they are aiming to bridge the gap between DJing and fashion/street styles. Available in several bright colours with all elements colour coded in addition to the black model, they have a distinctive net nylon headband and aluminium bar construction. There is a smartphone remote control on the lead, plus a sharing option (similar to that on the V-Moda M-100s).

Indeed, they do appear a hybrid of several well-know headphone designs; some AKG models share the external metal tubing; the materials are reminiscent of AIAIAI; and the overall look isn’t massively removed from the stalwart Sennheiser HD-25 IIs – although it has to be said they forge their own ground with the wide range of colours available.

Reloop colours
You can have any colour, as long as it’s black, Henry T Ford once said of his cars. He’s turning in his grave now. Probably.

They apparently fold up into an easy-to-stash form factor, but it does look like that straight-only lead is not detachable. We have no word on price or availability as yet and will give you a proper opinion as soon as we’ve got a pair here for review.

Do you like the look of these? What price do you think they’ll come in at?And if they loo good to you, would you go for coloured or black? Let us know your thoughts in the comments…
