Garageband is really your best bet if you want an interface close to most professional DAWs for free. However, if you decide to continue seriously with production, don’t be afraid to shell out some money for it. I mean, you can now get Logic Pro or FL studio for 200 bucks! (and don’t forget- no matter what software you use, TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE MANUAL!)
