newyear
We’re right at the front-end of 2016, so together, let’s make it count! We’re going to do our bit by bringing you an unprecedented amount of new training… what will you be doing? Let us know in the comments…

We’ve just come out of our very first team meeting of 2016, in which we laid down in stone all the exciting new stuff we’ll be bringing you here on Digital DJ Tips this year – and we wanted to share the news with you right away. (By the way, we also want you to tell us what YOU’RE planning for 2016 – so please, do so in the comments at the end…)

As you know, Digital DJ Tips exists to help people become great DJs. In fact, we’ve quietly become the biggest DJ school in the world, with over 12,000 students on our 10 courses across 50 countries. Well, we ain’t gonna be so quiet about it this year! How could we, with all this stuff coming your way over the coming months:

New courses, books and programmes from us in 2016

  • Four new software training courses… for ALL the major DJ software apps – all of which are due imminently. If the place you really need help is getting to grips with your software, you’re going to love these “made easy”-style instruction courses
  • A brand-new book on DJing from our founder Phil Morse – Following the #1 best-selling success of his How To DJ On Your iPad iBook last year, Phil’s debut book with an established publisher comes out in the summer
  • A MAJOR new course on music production – Our Music Production for DJs course was our biggest-selling series of last year, but the new course will take things much further, sitting alongside our other “pro” courses, Digital DJ Masterclass and Scratching For Controller DJs
  • Shhhhhhh! – There’s something else too – we can’t tell you more now, but it’s a coaching programme like no other, and something completely new to both us and DJ training. In fact, it’ll be the biggest single thing we’ve done since we launched the site, way back in 2010…

Let’s go!

So from Phil, Steve and Joey here in editorial and training, and from Lindsay in advertising, DJ Vintage & Terry 42 on the forum, Carl, Josh and Phil on the web team, and last (but definitely not least) our latest team member, Lauren, who in fact joined us TODAY in customer service, we all wish you a happy new year. Thank you for coming along with us this far… and we hope to get to know you much better in 2016. It’s going to be quite a ride…

Did you achieve your DJing goals in 2015? If you could pick just one thing to achieve in your DJing this year, what would it be? Let us know in the comments below…
