The latest version of One DJ brings with it many small tweaks and fixes suggested by users, as well as more mappings and added iTunes smart playlist support.

The latest version of innovative DJ software program One DJ has just been released, bringing the software up to version 1.6. This update includes support for iTunes smart playlists, in-browser ID3 tag editing, and a recording function. Small tweaks suggested by users and mappings for the Stanton SCS.4DJ, Denon MC2000, and Numark DJ2Go have also been incorporated into this version.

One DJ was a highly anticipated piece of DJ software when it came out in late 2013, thanks to the way it promised to incorporate traditional DJing with the ability to create edits and remixes on the fly through its timeline-based editor. While its user base hasn’t reached critical mass just yet, One DJ’s updates since its release have been flowing steadily, showing that Audio Artery, the company behind One DJ, is dedicating itself to incremental improvements to the software as it grows.
