PatrickParticipant
Thank you for giving us this journey! I enjoyed it a lot.
PatrickParticipantOk sorry that I have taken out mixes from sound cloud in a fast pace so far! Just because of limited space and such. This one is a tribute to all the people who do mash ups and remixes out there! Will cross over to mix cloud in few days (hopefully) then the mixes come with track lists (well deserved to the artists). Also they will be there a longer time (?).
PatrickParticipantThis one is done one the fly and part of 4 different music type mixes. JUst to test stuff and preparing on invading mix cloud 😀 !
PatrickParticipantPatrickParticipantHi,
For the moment Im in a similar situation. Only laptop + software. Personally I think its ok to start figuring out basic stuff without the controller. You can do mixes to a certain level while training. When you have learned and getting a hang of it you do need a controller. Its seriously frustrating to do with few fingers change overs and other tricks when you lack the controller, trust me really annoying. I wouldn’t even think of performing live without a controller. When you have a controller you even get the option to train with out the sync function. Without the controller at the moment I need to use the sync function. Tried few times without it but I can’t get any longer and sharp mixes done then. With the controller you’re also able to control the hi/mid/low sounds on the fly, which once again without is almost impossible.

PatrickPatrickParticipantI just went into trance heaven and want to stay there a moment! Sensational mix and “everything counts” just blew my mind away. Looking at the track list that won’t be the only great moment 😀 .

PatrickParticipantOh crap now I found the remembering the rave part 2 !!! I had things to do and now Im stuck for a moment listening to these great mixes.
PatrickParticipantOooooh! This is a dangerous mix. All the flashbacks coming in as a strobe light. Thanks a bunch! Right and Doc Martens reminds me off how to kill your feet dancing for 10+ hours.

PatrickParticipantThe third sums it all up with the lyrics! Respect and love to all the DJ`s out there and those who love what they do.

PatrickPatrickParticipantThe second one is from time before I knew absolutely nothing about electronic music. I discovered Hip Hip in 1980`s thanks to Sky music and Music Box. I was lucky to live in a place where we got the new cable channels and oh boy the happiness. I knew the euro top 20 charts better then my homework.
PatrickParticipantGreat tunes ones again shared and here is my input. Missed few Fridays.
First is Technotronic Get Up (extended version). Back in early years of 1990 this tune melted my mind and couldn’t stay off the dance floor when this started.
PatrickParticipantVerry nice vibe and feeling in the mix. Chilling out here by listening to the mix.

Patrick
PatrickParticipantWell in my silly mind I don’t think Im ready for that. It took me few years even to share anything online. Maybe if an interesting situation appears I might do a live thingy?

Patrick
PatrickParticipantThanks King of Snake!
I was happy with the mix and if someone else likes it thats great. If a group of people likes it, thats amazing. I can only imagine how euphoric it must feel like to get the crowd exited in a live situation. Maybe I someday experience this in one way or other. I don’t strive to such occasion at the moment. Just having fun and enjoying the music.
Regards
PatrickPatrickParticipantYeah sorry I was reading that one to three rule. Next week only 1 😀 .
