Use AUDACITY on your computer! Route the audio from your master or booth output to a USB soundcard (plug RCA or 1/4″ into most of these) and plug the USB into the computer. You might have to install a driver for the soundcard. Then Audacitiy should recognize the soundcard for input. Press record and go!
