Sure, thanks for a heads-up. I am going for lc1, dc1 and dv1, thus paying less than 90 pounds and thus get a month to decide if I keep all the gear or some of it. I may end up exchanging one or two of these for mm1, but did not want to buy even more stuff because I may choose to go with a mixer.

Personally, I do not mind staying with traktor 2 for a few years to come. In the meantime, it may well turn out that some other program becomes more attractive.

I do not think much of the greedy policy of daw makers, with their so-called ‘handshakes’ against their clients. See ableton’s blocking feedback functionality of third party controllers, limited tweakability of apc series and now rumoured-about traktor incompatibility.

All that said, I take your word on the superior functionality of ni gear and may reconsider my choice should Behringer fail. Otherwise, the bang for the buck factor is all Behr’s.

Has anyone any cool dc mappings or ideas to share?

Thank you both for your answers.I wouldn’t have thought the possessive policy of NI has gone so far as to affect sound cards.

Indeed, there is not much presence of behringer users among traktor players.

Please, anyone using dc1 combined with dv1?
