    DJ Vintage and Daveygravy,

Thank you guys for your help. I really appreciate it! One last question: is it advisable to power these two speakers through the same outlet/power strip, or would that be too much for one outlet? Also, once I have mixer and these cables thats it right? No other equipment required? Thanks again! I swear thats it, lol. I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered. Better safe than sorry!

    DJ Vintage,

First off, I just want to say thanks for the quick reply! It is greatly appreciated. I do have a few follow-up questions. Please pardon me if they are deplorably basic. With the Peavy USB-P Playback device, the port labeled “USB” looks more like an ethernet port to me. Am I just missing something there? Also, if I were to get a mixer with a USB port, what recommendations would you have that would have the reasonable sound quality? If I use either the Peavey USP-P device or a mixer with a USB port will I use the same cords? (i.e. 2 XLR and 1 USB and thats it) (Could you link what cords I would need and where you would buy them from). Lastly, “stereo” is the appropriate setting for listening to music from a computer through speakers, correct? Thanks again! Sorry about the basic questions!
