My Issue is solved, the issue was my laptop did not have enough virtual memory / video dump room on it.
So once the cashe was full, I would get the crackling popping issue.

Got an Asus Rouge 1TB Core i7…… not one hiccup or issue!

Thank you all for the replies! I agree with DJ Vintage, my next step should be a fresh install of windows 10. I went 2 year no issues with the NS7FX & 6 Months without issues on the NS7II.
Out of nowhere this issue just showed up during a gig. At that time I had made no pc changes at all. It could be a particular windows update and the NS7 do not get along? It is discouraging because not too many DJ’s are having this issue, but the ones who do, range from PC to Mac, Virtual DJ to Serato. I have not found one fix for this yet!

Bob…. the sound is coming from all outputs including headphones. It is not the speakers or amps. The issue is my PC & Numark NS7 are not playing nicely together. There is not a huge amount of people having this issue, so I am hoping to hear from anyone one with no NS7 sound issues and what they are using.

    Thanks!

Hello all, sorry to hijack this post, however I do have a bit of info on this topic that maybe somewhat helpful or shed some light.
I own the Numark NS7FX & NS7II, I use Virtual DJ 8 on PC Win 7 Pro. I get this same crackling, popping sound after about two hours of use on both FX & II. I have updated my bios, expanded USB memory, new cables, sent the unit in for repair, used a Mac, another PC, Updated drivers, replaced cables, tried Traktor, VDJ & Serato… NOTHING HAS WORKED! Recently Numark 4Trak users have also reported this problem. The only conclusion left, it HAS to be the Numark Drivers! I never had this problem until 2014 and updated my Numark sound drivers. This topic has really starting to heat up as Numark owner are starting to pour in with complaints about this exact issue on the Numark forums page. If I get a fix or hear of one, I will post it asap.

I have had this problem for over a year and a half now.

If anyone else can find a fix please let us know!

    Thanks!
