    Hey terry, so other than the screens are the TM8 a d nv close to being the same or no? I only ask cause there is a better deal on the nv thAn the TM8 where I’d be saving close to $150 and also getting a free laptop stand. if the TM8 is truly better and decent margin I’m willing to pay the extra, just want to make sure

    Ok makes sense, I guess I shouldn’t change since all I’ve been using is serato. Thanks for the help guys, TM8 and reloop neon it is!

    Ok cool looks like im gonna get the TM8, last questions. I’ve heard pEople saying tat the Traktor s4 is great, is it better than the TM8 or no? Just double checking

    Yeah that’s why I was getting it was for serato flip. So between. The TM8, numark nv and pioneer sr which do you recommend or is there another controller besides those thay I should get. I’m looking to order in the next day or 2.

    can anyone help me? i’m sure this might be a dumb question but like i’ve stated in previous post i’m completely new to this and don’t know, and i’ve tried searching but can’t find any answers. thanks

    I mean I was going to get the beat mix 4 but it doesn’t come out towards the end of May beginning of June. And I need to buy my controller now cause I’m moving around that time and won’t have the funds lol. But how are you liking the sx?

    Ok so I’m gotta ask what is a VU meter? Lol I’m still completely new and don’t have a clue what some things are yet.

    So basically it would be best to go with the TM8? As of right now I don’t mind not having a controller that can also standalone. I’ll worry about that way down the road after I get good at DJing.

    yeah that the only problem with me being here, i don’t know where to get it. im gonna call guitar center. if i can’t get it what other setup would you recommend me getting?

    DJ Vintage, i really appreciate your input. i completely understand the hours i will have to put in, not only in the beginning but even after i get everything down just to get that much better at it, and that i won;t make money for awhile, but i really do love music and love the creativity and experience you can do with DJing. i feel like i’m ready for it. and yeah i found out they aren’t really my friends. but its cool, i’ll run into someone around here eventually but till then ill learn as much as i can from this website and you guys.

    Terry_42, i see what your seeing. i’ll just wait till the beatmix 4 comes out. What is the best website you recommend i get it from? Their main website or somewhere us? And this would be way better than the pioneer DDJ-SB

    i appreciate all your guys advise, this is really helping me out.as i waited for your guys replies, i went to my local guitar center just to gather more information and the guy pointed me towards the Pioneer Digital DJ-SB as being the best for just starting out. However after looking at the Reloop Beatmix 4 that you guys had recommended i feel like im going to have to contain my urge/excitement to start DJing right away and wait till it comes out. This setup would go good with hip-hop,trap? Thanks again for your help
