The Lowdown
Minor evolution of the original Beatmix 4 with an all black finish, black knobs, housing and newly designed trigger pads. Otherwise, it remains a solid, albeit budget four-channel Serato DJ controller unit with pads, jog wheels, and an on-board two-channel sound card. Serato integration has been improved, but other than that there isn’t much here that improves on the original version.
