Acceptance of terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Digital DJ Tips Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at here on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

Earnings Disclaimer

Digital DJ Holdings Ltd (“Digital DJ Tips”) can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our paid-for training. We give you 100% satisfaction guarantees on the products we sell subject to the terms below, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training you simply email us to request a refund. You should know that all products and services provided by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, sales pages or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites or web pages, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

The contents on our websites, social media channels, and paid-for training courses are the sole intellectual property of Digital DJ Holdings Limited in perpetuity.

Granting of access : Upon receiving payment for any of our training products, you will receive a membership login giving you access to view the training content at any time and for as long as you require. Access to the training materials is suspended immediately in the event of a purchase refund, or if you have been found to violate any of the terms and conditions below.

Access Conditions : Any use other than that of your own personal education requires our consent. You may not share login details with, or pass course access on to any other party. The training may not be copied, duplicated, transcribed, downloaded or stored on data carriers or other media. It is also prohibited to use the training or any part thereof for your own purposes in seminars, courses or similar without our express written permission.

Your responsibility : When following our training and/or in sharing any performances or results publicly, you are responsible for ensuring that all musical works that you use are legally owned by you in their original form, and that you are publishing to a licensed platform. Digital DJ Tips and any training partners or tutors that produce training for us are not liable for any copyright infringements committed by you related to use of music or any other copyrighted material.

Damages : In the event of any claims being made against us, we reserve the right to claim these damages from you any violation of these conditions, in particular for violation of copyright.

Package Content and Modifications

We offer packages with lifetime access or subscription-based access that will include multiple courses, additional training materials and bonuses. By purchasing or subscribing to these packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Package Content: The content of each package, including courses and training materials, is subject to change at our discretion. While we strive to maintain consistent package offerings, we cannot guarantee that all content available at the time of purchase or subscription will remain indefinitely accessible. Package content may be modified due to various factors, including but not limited to:

Changes in license agreements with our partners
Updates to course materials
Removal of outdated content
Addition of new, relevant content

Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to package content, but reserve the right to make modifications without prior notice.

Refund Policy: Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 2-3 working days. Refunds can only be processed back to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase initially. All prices are charged in US dollars, and all refunds will also be processed in US dollars. If you have purchased using a different currency we do not guarantee that your refund amount will be exactly the same as that amount you paid. This is due to currency exchange fluctuations and local bank charges outside of our control. Any more than three refunds requested by the same purchaser in any twelve month period will be deemed as abusing the terms of our guarantee and we withhold the right to refuse any further purchases or refunds

Refund Policy: Non-Subscription Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, you have 12 months from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for any of our single purchase, non-subscription Digital DJ Tips courses. Refund requests will only accepted by email and any refund request received by any other means or after the time limit will not be processed.

Refund Policy: Bundles and Multi-Course Packages

When purchasing “lifetime access” to training courses as a bundle or multi-course package, you have 90 days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Refund requests will only accepted by email and any refund request received by any other means or after the time limit will not be processed.

By purchasing any bundle deal for multiple courses, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Waiver of Prior Refund Rights: You hereby waive and relinquish any rights to refunds for individual courses purchased within the preceding twelve (12) months, notwithstanding any original guarantees or refund policies associated with those courses.
2. Superseding Previous Terms: This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior terms, conditions, or guarantees related to refunds for individual courses acquired in the past year.
3. Acknowledgment of Value: You recognise that the discounted price for all courses represents significant value, and in consideration of this reduced price, you forfeit any claims to refunds for previously purchased individual courses.
4. Finality of Transaction: Upon acceptance of a bundle offer, the transaction shall be considered final and will fall under the refund policy terms of the package itself, and no refunds will be issued for courses included in this package or for individual courses purchased within the last twelve (12) months.
5. Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be held liable for any claims or damages arising from the waiver of refund rights for previously purchased courses as stipulated in this agreement.

Refund and Cancellation Policies: Subscriptions

Trial Subscriptions: Your membership may start with a discounted trial period. The trial period of your membership lasts for 7 (seven) days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Trials are for new and selected former members only. Digital DJ Tips reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility. If you cancel your trial within the trial period you will not be charged any further payments. $1 trial payments will not be refunded

Annual Subscriptions: Subscribers to annual plans have three (3) months from the date of initial subscription to request a refund. During this period, subscribers may request a full refund and cancel their membership at any time. Refund requests made after the three (3) month period will not be honoured. You can cancel renewal of your membership at any time.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscribers to the monthly plan have a thirty (30) day period from the date of initial subscription to request a refund. During this period, subscribers may request a refund of the last payment made within the previous thirty (30) days. Refund requests made after the thirty (30) day period will not be honoured. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the content until the end of your billing period. A refund of the last monthly subscription payment will only be applicable if requested in writing within five days of the charge date.

Cancellation: Subscribers to both annual and monthly plans may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a refund outside of the specified periods above.

Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions.

EU VAT

All our prices are published in US Dollars, and do not include any applicable tax. By law, we are required to charge VAT at the local country rate to any purchases that are made in any one of the EU member states on certain types of goods & services. If applicable, this tax is added at the checkout and is clearly stated before the purchase process is completed. You can read more about these rules here.

Giveaways and Competitions

From time to time Digital DJ Holdings Ltd (“Digital DJ Tips”, “we”) runs free giveaways, sometimes with partner brands. These terms apply to all of them. Each giveaway also has its own page or post setting out the prize, the dates, how to enter, who can enter and when the winners are drawn. If anything on that page or post differs from these terms, the giveaway page or post applies.

Who can enter: You must be 18 or over and live in a country that the giveaway page or post says is eligible. You can’t enter if you live somewhere that sanctions or export controls make it unlawful for us to send you the prize, or if you are the subject of sanctions. You also can’t enter if you work for Digital DJ Tips or a partner supplying the prize, or live in the same household as someone who does.

Entering: Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. It is one entry per person unless the giveaway page or post says otherwise. Entries made more than once with different email addresses, or by bots, entry-service websites or on someone else’s behalf, are not valid and may lead to disqualification. Entries made before the opening time or after the closing time don’t count.

Prizes: Prizes are as described on the giveaway page or post. There is no cash alternative and prizes can’t be transferred. If a prize item becomes unavailable, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value. If a prize includes a course or membership the winner already has, they don’t receive that part and we don’t offer anything in its place. Winners are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges where they live. We will tell a winner before shipping if we expect charges to apply, and they may decline the prize.

Choosing and contacting winners: Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries, and our decision is final. We contact winners by email at the address they entered with. We may ask a winner to confirm their identity, age, country and delivery address. If a winner doesn’t reply within 7 days, they lose the prize and we may draw another winner.

Look out for scams: We only contact winners from a genuine @digitaldjtips.com email address. We never announce or contact winners by direct message or comment on social media, other than automatic replies to your entry from our official accounts. We will never ask you to pay anything to receive a prize, or ask for your card or bank details, passwords or verification codes. If someone claiming to be us asks you to do any of this, don’t reply or click any links. Report the account and email us at [email protected].

Your data: We use the details you give us to run the giveaway, contact winners and deliver prizes. If a partner brand delivers a prize, we share the winner’s name, address and phone number with them only for that purpose. If you agreed to receive emails from us when entering, we will also send you DJ lessons, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time and you will stay entered. Other things: We may change or cancel a giveaway if something outside our control makes that necessary, but we won’t change it in a way that makes entrants worse off. We aren’t responsible for entries lost or delayed for reasons outside our control. We aren’t liable for losses connected with a giveaway or prize, except where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude liability. Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok. Giveaways are governed by the law of Gibraltar. None of this affects consumer rights you have where you live that cannot be excluded.

Current Giveaway: Win One of Four Complete Pioneer DJ Set-Ups

These details apply to this giveaway alongside the general Giveaways and Competitions terms above.

Prize: Four winners each get a Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 controller, Pioneer DJ HDJ-CUE1BT headphones and Pioneer DJ DM-40BT speakers, supplied in partnership with AlphaTheta, plus access to our course How To DJ Fast On Your DDJ-FLX4. Each prize is worth approximately US$884. Each person can win only one prize. There are also five runners up prizes of our How To DJ Fast On Your DDJ-FLX4 course.

Dates: Runs Monday 19 October 2026 at 00:00 and closes Friday 13 November 2026 at 23:59:59 (Gibraltar local time).

Who can enter: Residents of Europe, the Middle East and Africa aged 18 or over, except residents of Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, Crimea and the Russian-controlled parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

How to enter: Either enter your email address on the giveaway page and agree to receive emails from us, or comment the keyword shown in our giveaway post on Instagram (@digitaldjtips) and reply to the direct message we send you. If you use both, you still have one entry.

Winners: Four winners will be drawn at random on Monday 2 November 2026 and emailed that day. Delivery of the hardware is arranged by us or AlphaTheta, and we aim to deliver within 60 days of the closing date.

Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Digital DJ Tips Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that we may store and use the information you provide under the terms of our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
