Pioneer DJ just released Rekordbox 4.2.0b, an update that addresses critical issues and crashing in the previous 4.2.0 version.

Pioneer DJ just announced a new version of its Rekordbox music management software. Now at version 4.2.0b, the latest update is a patch that fixes issues with Rekordbox 4.2.0, which was released just over a week ago, including an error that caused the software to crash when used with a CDJ/XDJ player via Pro DJ Link.

Rekordbox 4.2.0 introduced the new Rekordbox Video add-on, which lets users mix with video and images. It was launched in conjunction with Pioneer DJ’s new flagship DDJ-RZX multimedia controller, which comes with three onboard touchscreen displays that show track data, waveforms, and videos.
