    My DJ software is Traktor, and this is why: because I am a badass 😀
    Just kidding, I am not a badass and I use Traktor because it is flexible when it comes to mapping, offers great sound quality and the fx section is really tight and advanced.

    Yep, planning to make it bigger and bolder, you will see in business card version 1.1 🙂
    As for the e-mail, I just have the domain bought and the site is on a free hosting service so I can’t get the @djmaxd.com email but I plan to make a “full” site soon so the e-mail thing is planned too 🙂

    Preferred? I guess a simple gradual long mix or dropping a vocal or melody line from song B as soon as the outro on song A starts..
    Proud of? Any semi-decent mix done while writing down a number of a hot girl 😉
    Just kidding, I am most proud of my scratchy mixes.. anything good involving scratching (on a controller) is a success for me atm.

    Phil, could you please tell me two things about the N4:
    -is one of the encoders in the fx section a “step” encoder, like on the mixtrack?
    -is the jog scratch control on/off done in hardware (like on the VCI-100) or is the modifier just in software?

    I’ll probably be making a “real” batch of my cards soon (I did a test package just to see how they look in reality and how people react) and I’ll post the improved design here.

    My new card.. what do you think? I’m gonna make the fonts bigger a little bit and do the name in silver lettering, this is a test design 🙂

    I was thinking about the MC3k also but Denon products are too expensive here (the official distributor of Denon jacked up the prices a lot) and it’s a problem to order from abroad.. Thanks for the suggestion 🙂

    Exactly, Phil.. I started “thinking in 4 channels” so I figured I need a new controller and N4 would allow me to do that easily, S2 with a bit of hassle.. and I don’t think I’ll keep the VCI, I got really bored of it :/

    Lenovo G550 (with added RAM).. To be honest, I have no favourite or least favourite things.. it works and I like it. Nothing special.

    This is my VCI-100 I began modding recently.. gonna finish it soon (if I don’t get myself a Numark N4 which is VERY tempting atm)
