I have found that the Kontrol X1s are, for me, just the right size (I don’t need jog wheels), easy to use and the fact that’s made by NI for TP is a huge plus.
With that set up do you have to use time coded CD’s in the CDJ’s ? With (Kontrol X1 + Traktor certified mixer) the only thing you need the CDJ’s for is the pitch fader really ?
