    I’m giving it a listen right now. Liking it so far.

    For future submissions, I would give a brief description of the mix itself to draw some additional attention to it. I know a lot of times people (myself included) don’t like to go aimelessly paroozing, but in this instance I am glad I did.

    Any point to picking this up without having an iMaschine? I saw the demo for it and it looked cool.

    I picked up one of these for 10$ (refurbished) on eBay and have had no problems.

    I was reading online that you couldn’t use .m4a with Itch 2.0.

    However, I am able to use these files sO there is no issue.

    Active Monitors/Speakers = no amp required

    I have a copy of Virtual DJ LE that I installed (but never registered the serial #). Is this copy considered “used” or can I still gift it to someone else sense I did not register it?

    Phil, I was refering to the fact that if I switched them from 256 .m4a back to mp3 I would then be transcoding them.

    After doing some online research I found out transcoding (converting from an already lossy format to another) is very bad for sound integrity/quality.

    However, it appears that I am able to play all these .m4a (non protected) files in Itch 2.0. This is only offline mode since I don’t have my controller yet. If I am able to play them currently in offline mode would there be any difference when plugging in a controller?

    As far as I know the only way to “obtain” a LE version of Traktor (or any DJ software for that matter) is coming bundled with a controller.

    You may be able to buy/get a license off someone who bought a controller who already had a Traktor Pro 2 and did not need it.

    My iTunes pulls its music from my MUSIC folder. They are one in the same thing.

    I am putting Virtual DJ LE on the back burner and will be using DJAY4 with my mixtrack until I upgrade to the NS6/itch.

    Midi Mapping is great…I now have a dedicated filter knobs on the mixtrack that I don’t have in VDJ. It is also much more aesthetically pleasing to work with. Also, the key recognition/matching is an added benefit.

    Is there a place/avenue on the site to share mappings with fellow members?
