Native Instruments has announced Traktor 4.2, the latest version of the DJ software platform that brings improved search across Beatport and Beatsource plus support for dual Traktor Z1 Mk2 controllers, allowing the construction of a jogwheel-free modular DJ system with 2 x Traktor X1 Mk3s and the Z1 software mixer.
Hardware price reductions
The company has also announced a promotion on Traktor hardware. Traktor’s S2 Mk3 is down to €299 from €349, but perhaps the best deal is the modular units, with the X1 Mk3 at €259 instead of €299 and the Z1 Mk2 at €219 instead of €249. What’s more, Native Instruments tells us that customers who use the code Traktor-Bag2025 at checkout will receive a free modular bag with the purchase.
Get the course: Traktor Made Easy
Unlike other DJ software packages, when you buy hardware that works with Traktor, you get the full version of the software in the box with no need to purchase anything else, making these particularly good offers for those who don’t yet own the software.
